Our Mission & Vision

At Grounded Home Electrical, our mission is to create safer, happier homes through honest craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and electrical work that homeowners can trust. We believe every family deserves a space that feels grounded, protected, and powered with care. Our vision is to set a new standard for residential electrical service – one built on clarity, reliability, and a genuine commitment to the well–being of the people we serve.

Grounded Home Electrical began as a one-man operation dedicated to customer satisfaction. Today, we service many repeat customers, covering the full spectrum of electrical contracting and field service - including residential and commercial jobs. We service all of Durham and Raleigh areas. We have a North Carolina State Contractor's license. Grounded Home Services also has a $2 million liability insurance policy.

Our Master Electrical Technicians are continuously trained in current codes and procedures. Our extensive training and certification allows us to guarantee our labor, as well as our parts, for a minimum of one full year.

Each of our trucks are outfitted with over $7,000.00 in equipment, tools, and materials to complete any job.

Our dispatching office has real, articulate people answering the telephones - no recorded messages or pagers. Madaras Electrical has a 24-hour emergency service hotline to get you out of trouble and fully operational.

In EVERY home we go to, it is our goal to address current problems, detect nearing problems, and prevent future damages. We believe that by the time we leave your home, you should know without a doubt that your homes electrical system is safe.

Sometimes repairs need to be made right away, sometimes they can wait a while, and other times it may just be an option to think about. Our electricians are trained to look over your home and educate you about the safety of your homes electrical system. Sometimes a home may need a lot of electrical work, other times it may be in excellent condition. Our friendly electricians take it upon themselves to make sure that you know the condition of your homes electrical system.
